7, Quick Workouts
We flipped a page in the calendar and just like that we’re hustling and bustling into the holiday season. Because of that, we know your availability has been cut in half, which is why we’re delivering 7, 15-minute quick workouts! Bada bing bada boom! 15 minutes and your done! The best part is you don’t even have to think about what to do (we know your maxed out!) because the exercise demonstration with format is all included!
Workout 1: Molly's Strength Workout
5 exercise moves
3, 40 second work/20 sec rest per move
be sure to include 3 minute warmup and stretch
Workout 2: Sarah's Strength Workout
5 exercise moves
3, 45 second work/15 sec rest per exercise
be sure to include 3 minute warmup and stretch
Workout 3: Neissa's Sculpt & Toning Workout
11 exercise moves
2 rounds: 30-seconds work/10- sec rest per exercise
be sure to include 3 minute warmup and stretch
Workout 4: Kathleen's Body Weight "Holiday Superlegs" Ladder
4 exercise moves.
Perform 1 rep per exercise, then 2 reps per exercise, etc. Go all the way up to 10 reps per exercise
Workout 5: Andy's Strength Workout
5 exercise moves
1 minute per exercise
3 rounds
on S/L Deadlift w/straight arm pull, perform 30 seconds per leg
be sure to include 3 minute warmup and stretch
Workout 6: Jill's Core Burn
6 exercise moves
35 seconds each/15 seconds rest
3 rounds
be sure to include a child'd pose at the end and a 3 minute warmup and stretch
