Metabolic Circuit Training w/Kathleen Parker

Led by reigning and undefeated Austin Fittest Competition winner, Kathleen Parker, this circuit class will improve your metabolism and aerobic capacity while building your stamina and lean muscle mass. Kathleen uses a variety of equipment to keep things interesting and effective - dumbbells, kettlebells, sandbags, medicine balls, resistance bands, battle ropes, balance bosu balls, and more!

Sculpt & Stretch w/Sarah Hamilton
Rowing Dock

This shaping and toning class combines gentle, non-impact exercises with restorative stretching.  Using body-weight , light dumbbells and bands, this "low-weight/high-rep" workout is designed to create full-body burn while strengthening with both static and dynamic stretching.

No Impact PUMP'D w/Kathleen
Rollingwood Park

No Impact PUMP'D is for all-levels, from the beginner who wants to lose fat and get lean and sculpted to the more advanced iGniter who needs to give her joints a break and focus on gaining lean muscle to support her joints. All will feel challenged in a fun and “pumped up” atmosphere!

Explore a variety of aerobic dance styles with choreographed moves to fun and upbeat music. Includes light weight and resistance work, plyometrics, core conditioning, and flexibility training. A great cardio workout and outlet for your inner star! All levels are welcome for a total body workout. No dance experience required. All fitness levels welcome.

A fun and functional full-body workout that helps you break through plateaus, burn fat, and build strength and bone mass. This 45-minute class focuses on short bursts of high-intensity cardio and strength training for all fitness levels. With the use of free weights, sand bells, kettle bells and core equipment, you'll challenges every muscle and for total body transformation.

This no-impact, creative and fun class is based on the classical Pilates mat series. A variety of equipment is used to keep the experience unique and challenging for all levels. Focus is on total body strength so that muscle balance, symmetry and core stability are challenged with every workout. Every exercise is performed with attention to breath, proper form, and efficient movement patterns that translate to better posture and more ease in everyday life!

Increase muscle strength through carrying out a high number of repetitions, while building up your cardiovascular endurance in the process.  This class incorporates strength and cardio segments using equipment such as free weights and resistance bands. Conditioning the total body through full range of motion movements involving multiple muscles is the best way to get the lean, agile and strong body that you desire, with the added bonus of cardiovascular endurance!

Pure Cardio w/Alli

How about some good ole fashion pure cardio moves benefiting your cardiovascular health,  improved lower body and core strength, agility, and balance!  Pure Cardio can positively effect the nervous system and brain functioning (really!). Cardio exercise calms the nervous system, reducing tension and stress, and increasing sense of well-being. And specific to brain functioning, cardio exercise improves awareness, focus, and processing. Let's do this!

The perfect ending to a hard-working week..enjoy the delicious blend of yoga and Plates! This class combines the yogic focus on enhanced mind and body awareness, strength, stamina, flexibility and balance, with Pilates techniques to improve posture and create a strong, stable foundation for movement.
