Get ready to feel strong and powerful with dumbbells, kettlebells, sandbags, medicine balls, resistance bands, battle ropes, balance BOSU balls, and more! This strength and conditioning class focuses strength and power with short bouts of cardio throughout.

Power Sculpt w/Sarah Hamilton

Cardio HIIT Mix is just what it sounds like, a full mix of high and low impact cardio, a variety of strength and sculpt work using equipment and your body weight through high intensity interval training, circuit training and Tabata. It's a little bit of everything a whole bunch of awesome.

Total Body Strength & Sweat w/Andy Oestrick

No Impact Strength Circuits is for anyone wanting to lose fat, gain muscle and add strength. Targeting all major muscles, you will rotate through dumbbell focused strength circuits. Be prepared for your heart rate to soar and your body is going to love it!

Synergy Dance Studio
Explore a variety of aerobic dance styles with choreographed moves to fun and upbeat music. Includes light weight and resistance work, plyometrics, core conditioning, and flexibility training. A great cardio workout and outlet for your inner star! All levels are welcome for a total body workout. No dance experience required. All fitness levels welcome.

A fun and functional full-body workout that helps you break through plateaus, burn fat, and build strength and bone mass. This 45-minute class focuses on short bursts of high-intensity cardio and strength training for all fitness levels. With the use of free weights, sand bells, kettle bells and core equipment, you'll challenges every muscle and for total body transformation.

Pilates Mat w/Amy Younkman

This no-impact, creative and fun class is based upon classical Pilates movements and more. A variety of equipment is used to keep the experience unique and challenging for all levels. Focus is on total body strength so that muscle balance, symmetry and core stability are challenged with every workout. Every exercise is performed with attention to breath, proper form, and efficient movement patterns that translate to better posture and more ease in everyday life!

How about some good ole fashion pure cardio moves benefiting your cardiovascular health, improved lower body and core strength, agility, and balance! Pure Cardio can positively effect the nervous system and brain functioning (really!). Cardio exercise calms the nervous system, reducing tension and stress, and increasing sense of well-being. And specific to brain functioning, cardio exercise improves awareness, focus, and processing. Let's do this!

If you find you need to cancel (things happen), please do that by 9:30 p.m. the NIGHT BEFORE

If you late cancel after 9:30 p.m., you’ll be charged a late cancelation fee of $15.00

If you don’t show up to a class without canceling, you’ll be charged a no-show fee of $25.00

If you show up to a class without signing up, you’ll be charged our drop-in fee of $25.00. There are no guarantees there will be equipment for you, as our Class Leaders are planning classes and bringing equipment according to class sign-ups.
