What do you usually do right after class?
Run a couple of errands or go home and eat!
What's your go-to meal you don't need a recipe for?
Baked salmon and veggies.
What's your pre or post workout breakfast?
I never eat before working out. Afterward I have Avocado toast with egg or yogurt with granola and blueberries.
Who's your biggest motivator or cheerleader?
What's one thing you make sure to do each night?
What's saving you right now (seriously or humorously)?
Wine and Netflix - Frankie and Grace is one of my favorites.
What do you mutter while doing burpees?
You are getting stronger!
What's something we'd be surprised to learn about you?
I'm very scared of elevators.
