We're Winning With This Buffalo Chicken Pasta Salad

Winner winner chicken dinner is right! I found this recipe on and Austinite, Taylor Dadds, nailed it! This recipe is easy, can be made gluten free, is packed with plenty of protein and the best part is.... the whole family loved it, which NEVER (and I mean NEVER) happens with a new recipe!

What you need:

  • 1 Bag of Pasta (I used Tinkyada Brown Rise Elbow Pasta)

  • At least 1 1/2 Cup chopped Rotisserie Chicken or cooked chicken breast (we like extra protein so I cut up two heaping cups of Rotisserie chicken

  • 1 C Shredded Carrots

  • 1/3 C Chopped Celery

  • 2 TBSP Green Onion

  • 3 TBSP Ranch Dressing (I used Primal Kitchen)

  • 1/2 C Medium Buffalo Sauce (I used Primal Kitchen)

  • 1/2 Tsp Garlic Powder

  • Salt and Pepper to taste


  1. Cook pasta according to package

  2. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl

  3. Add blue cheese if you'd like or eat it without, like us :-)
