Tracey has been part of our iGnite community for almost 10 years, and one of the many things we love about Tracey is she participants in everything...and she's shares iGnite with everyone she knows. From our classes, Summer Adventure Escapes to yoga workshops, Tracey will be there and so will the friend(s) she invites :-)
Where do you live and how do you iGnite?
I live in downtown Austin and go to in-person classes, though the video classes saved my sanity during lockdown!
How long have you been an iGnite member?
Since 2012 (had to look that up...!)
Where did you grow up?
Have a seat.... this will take awhile...San Antonio, Misawa Japan, Tokyo Japan, Zweibrucken Germany, Brooklyn NY, Hempstead NY, Potomac MD, Tempe, AZ, Riyadh Saudi Arabia, Washington D.C., Glendale AZ, Manhattan NY, Chappaqua NY, Austin TX and I am still growing up!
How did you get into iGnite?
Tracy Piccone brought me to Kathleen's lakeside classes.
What class do you most look forward to and why?
Amy's Pilates - it's always more challenging than you think it will be, but you leave stretched and relaxed.
What do you mutter while doing burpees?
Nothing I can publish here...
What's your favorite song to exercise to?
"Wake me up before you go-go" by Wham.
What do you usually do right after class?
Take a shower!
What's your favorite word?
Scrumptious!
What's been your favorite job and do you still do it?
Being a mom and it's forever, but also my current job as an executive leadership coach - I love working with smart, motivated people.
What's saving you right now?
My family.
Who's your biggest motivator or cheerleader?
My husband.
