We've put together a list of suggestions and designed a Health & FITmas Calendar to help you track your activity during December. You can download and print your calendar and the Health & FITmas instructions below. And we suggest putting your calendar and our suggestions on your dresser, fridge, or desk, as a reminder to take a few minutes a day to de-stress and re-energize.

20 Minutes of Exercise = 1 point

Self-Care Activities = 1 point

Step 4: Calculate the total number of points you accumulate each week.
Exercise Goal:
6 pts/week, 24 pts for the month
Self-Care Goal:
2 pts/week, 8 pts for the month
Health & FITmas TOTAL Goal:
8-10 pts/week, 32-40 pts for the month
