Health & Fitness (and Sanity!) Through the Holidays

Keep your energy high and your stress-levels low with the gift of regular exercise and self-care practice throughout the holidays. We've put together a list of suggestions and designed a Health & FITmas Calendar to help you track your activity during December. You can download and print your calendar and the Health & FITmas instructions below. And we suggest putting your calendar and our suggestions on your dresser, fridge, or desk, as a reminder to take a few minutes a day to de-stress and re-energize.

Step 1: Print your iGnite Health & FITmas calendar (below).

Step 2: Record all exercise and physical activities.

20 Minutes of Exercise = 1 point

(See our suggestions below.)

Step 3: Record all self-care practices.

Self-Care Activities = 1 point

(Check out our list of examples below.)

Step 4: Calculate the total number of points you accumulate each week.

Exercise Goal:

6 pts/week, 24 pts for the month

Self-Care Goal:

2 pts/week, 8 pts for the month

Health & FITmas TOTAL Goal:

8-10 pts/week, 32-40 pts for the month

Step 5: Enjoy feeling and being your best, most magical self, throughout the holidays!
