It's the day after Halloween and our bodies have been invaded by sugar.
Our adrenals are shot, we're tired and for sure our immune system has been compromised. As written in one of our previous blog posts, only 1 tsp of sugar can suppress up to 75% of our immune system, so for sure it's not a 100% dayit's the perfect cold/flu storm. For as long as I can remember I’ve burned the candle at both ends, which is a genetic trait from both my mom and grandmother. We are notorious for going 90 miles a minute until we crash and burn. Sadly, my grandmother, who was an enthusiastic angel on earth, suffered from diabetes and developed stomach cancer. As a result, she passed away in her late sixties. I
