October marks iGnite’s 19th birthday, and we’re celebrating all month long with a challenge designed to strengthen your body, refresh your mind, and inspire your spirit. Your challenge: complete 19 classes, choose a habit that’s holding you back and let it go 19 times, and replace it with a positive, energizing habit 19 times. Just as the trees let go of their leaves to make space for new growth, this is your season to release what drains you and embrace what restores you. From swapping late-night scrolling for restful reading, to trading a glass of wine for a refreshing mocktail, you let go of and choose a replacement habit that will brings more peace, strength, and joy.
