We’re heading into one of the most fun and energizing times of year—and we’re kicking it off with our Summer Ready Challenge! This challenge isn’t just about looking good for summer (although you will ). It’s about being ready for summer—strong, energized, confident, and able to say YES to whatever comes your way. Hiking, biking, swimming, beach days, travel, adventure…When your body feels strong, your answer becomes YES!

How It Works

Choose Your Level

  • Level 1: FOUNDATION LEVEL = Stay Consistent

    • 3 Classes per Week or 24 Total Classes

    • Class Options Include: In Person, LIVE At Home & Online STUDIO

    • Prize: iGnite Booty Band (Travel Size)

    • Level 1 is: Perfect for staying strong, consistent, and summer-ready anywhere.

  • Level 2: RESULTS LEVEL = Feel the Change

    • 4 Classes per Week or 32 Total Classes

    • Class Options Include: In Person, LIVE At Home & Online STUDIO

    • Prize: iGnite Sweat Towel (Perfect for your Sweaty Summer Fun!)

    • Level 2 is: Start to see and feel more strength, energy, and confidence.

  • Level 3: YES LEVEL = All In For Summer

    • 4 Classes per Week or 32 Total Classes

    • Class Options Include: In Person, LIVE At Home & Online STUDIO

    • Lifestyle Goals: Choose and complete 32 lifestyle goals (and mix it up throughout the challenge) to support your energy and health. See Lifestyle Goals below.

    • Prizes:

      • iGnite Beach Towel OR iGnite Sweat Towel (Winner’s Choice!)

    • Level 3 is: When you experience the full transformation—movement, lifestyle, and energy aligned.

  • 20-minute walk

  • 10,000 steps

  • Hydration goal (½ your bodyweight in ounces of water)

  • 30g protein in a meal

  • Cold shower or cold plunge

  • 7–9 hours of sleep

  • Quiet time / prayer / meditation / journaling

  • Grounding (7 minutes barefoot walking in grass, no phone)

  • Eat 2+ servings of vegetables

  • Eat 1–2 servings of whole fruit
