    • 3 Austin, At Home, Online STUDIO (or combination of) classes per week (or 12 total) – build consistency and strength in community.

    • 3 high-protein meals per week (or 12 total) – fuel your body with meals from one of our 30-day meal plans or your own 30g protein choices.

    • 1 personal lifestyle goal – because growth goes beyond fitness. (12 total goal completed)
