From homemade farm to table meals prepared by Chef Josh to daily exercise, guided meditation, beach activities, meaningful conversation, rest, fun and massage/facials opportunities...not only will you come back feeling healthy and completely renewed, you will also enter back into your world connected to your spirit and with a sense of peace and appreciation.
