The Renew Retreat is your time, post holiday, for you to be completely cared for. Having just come off of a beautiful and full Christmas and/or Hanukkah season, this retreat couldn't come at a more perfect time! All you have to do is show up (with a girlfriend or alone) and the rest is taken care of by your retreat hosts, Neissa & Crystal.
From the moment you walk into the house to the moment you leave, you have the opportunity to catch your breath, relax, be nourished and nurtured and reconnect with your body, mind and spirit.
From homemade farm to table meals prepared by Chef Josh to daily exercise, meditation, beach activities, meaningful conversation, rest, fun and massage/facials opportunities...not only will you come back feeling completely renewed, you will also enter back into your world with a sense of peace and gratitude.
