If there's one fruit we love to devour during the summer, it's watermelon! Sure we love it cold and sliced, but there are SO MANY OTHER POSSIBILITIES! So many in fact, that we're sharing 4 watermelon recipes that are our very most favorite! So thump up a perfect melon and let's get going!


The 4 Watermelon Recipes You're Gonna Love


Sweet Watermelon Pizza


INGREDIENTS

  • 1 watermelon

  • Varied amount of vanilla Greek yogurt

  • Juice of 1 lime

  • Mint leaves

  • Blueberries

  • Slivered almonds


DIRECTIONS

  1. Cut watermelon into triangles slices

  2. Spread yogurt on watermelon

  3. Sprinkle with blueberries, mint and almond toppings

Watermelon Smoothie Bowl and/or Watermelon Sorbet


INGREDNIENTS

  • 5 C frozen watermelon

  • 1 Can Coconut Milk

  • Lime zest + juice of lime


DIRECTIONS

  1. Blend frozen watermelon, coconut milk and lime zest and juice until slushy.

  2. Immediately scoop, place in a bowl and add your favorite toppings or enjoy without toppings for sorbet.

  3. Place extra in covered bowl and freeze

Ice Cold Watermelon, Lime & Mint Green Tea


INGREDIENTS

  • 1 Pitcher of green tea (we used matcha)

  • 1 cup watermelon cubed, frozen

  • Juice of 1 lime

  • Mint leaves

  • 1 cup of ice

  • *Optional: Stevia or honey

DIRECTIONS

Add all ingredients into a pitcher and stir.

Watermelon Smoothie


INGREDIENTS

  • 2 Cups seedless watermelon chunks (fresh or frozen)

  • 2 Kiwis peeled and chopped

  • 1 Cups vanilla yogurt (we used cashew yogurt)

  • 1 Cup ice

  • 2 Mint leaves

  • 1 Scoop unflavored collagen


DIRECTIONS

Place all ingredients in a blender and Ahhhhhhhh...enjoy!
