OUR FAVORITE HEALTHY SNACKS!
Our Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Bars consistently come out as the number of all favorite healthy snacks of our iGnite team! And our members for that matter! They pack a whole lotta punch into one square of goodness - they're filling, nutritious and balanced (great carb/fat/protein ratio) while also managing to be deliciously decadent tasting. "Single Serve packet of raw almonds and an apple!"
"Fruit! Apples, grapes, berries - I just enjoy them and don't feel weighted down after eating and they're energizing and refreshing!"

Our Favorite Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Bars
2 C Creamy Peanut Butter
1 C Local Honey
1 1/2 C Gluten-Free Old Fashion Rolled Oats (we love Bob’s Red Mill)
1 C Crushed Gluten-Free Chex Cereal
4 scoops Jay Robb Chocolate Egg White Protein Powder or Organ Organic Protein Powder (chocolate or peanut butter cup)
1/2 c *Optional* Enjoy Life Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips (gluten, dairy, nut and soy-free)
Optional Fun: Add sprinkles or shredded coconut on chocolate layer
On stovetop or in a large microwave safe bowl, warm peanut butter until it's extra creamy (microwave-about 30 seconds)
Add honey (if microwaving, heat for an additional 30 seconds)
Stir oatmeal, rice cereal and protein powder together before adding to the peanut butter and honey mixture - this will come together very thick and sticky.
Add 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips (optional) or melt with a little coconut oil and spread on top, or both :)
Optional- Add sprinkles or shredded coconut on top
Pour mixture into a 9×13″ pan and spread until even
Refrigerate, cut into 32 equal squares and enjoy!
