The best way to describe our 6th annual Renew Year Retreat is dreamy, blissful and pure joy! There's nothing like waking up to the sound of the ocean waves and a cool breeze... to then enjoy sunrise meditation followed by ocean view exercise, chef prepared meals, time on the beach, time to do nothing, loads of laughter, hot tub time, toasting to the sunset, sleepy time yoga and then waking up to do it all over again!
