Where do you live and how do you iGnite? I've been iGniting for about two years now in San Diego & I workout with Carissa & Rory!
Where did you grow up?
Pueblo, Colorado.

Anything by Queen!
What word to you mutter while doing burpees?
You can do it!
Who's your biggest motivator and what do they do for you?
My daughter Carissa – she really helps me mix it up and keeps me healthy!
What do you usually do right after class?
Go to work.
What class do you most look forward to and why?
I love all of them – really do!
What's been your favorite job and do you still do it?
My personal work mission is passion for patients so when I get up everyday I make it a point to do something that makes our patient's journey easier, better and hopefully gets to the WOW factor.
What's saving you right now?
Working out keeps me sane and staying connected with friends and family any way I can!
