Lindsay is a bright light in the early morning and always makes us laugh! Since COVID entered our world, we love her commitment to her health and love seeing her bright and early on Tuesday and Thursday mornings!
Where do you live and how do you iGnite?
I live in San Diego – I love the 7am Tuesday/Thursday classes.
Where did you grow up?
Sacramento, California
How did you get into iGnite?
I first heard about Ignite through either the lovely Neissa herself or someone going to the class - it was so long ago I don’t really remember!
What word to you mutter while doing burpees?
I'm usually pretty vocal about my feelings about burpees. Boo.
Who's your biggest motivator and what do they do for you?
My biggest cheerleader is probably my husband. He absolutely believes in the benefits of exercise.
And my biggest motivator is my friend Megan. I could and would easily skip class here or there if it wasn't for her. She's committed to going and that motivates me to show up and spend time with her.
What do you usually do right after class?
Come home and have a second cup of coffee.
What class do you most look forward to and why?
The 7am class b/c of the crew! These ladies make me laugh, are supportive and it's a great way to start my day. Big thanks to Carissa, Rory, Angela, Chris & Megan.
What's been your favorite job and do you still do it?
Wife, Mom & Dog Mom. I love my little crew. 99% of the time.
What's saving you right now?
Time with family and friends. That was kind of taken away in 2020, and connecting with people is very important to me. Quality time is my love language.
Favorite local and not local social media accounts to follow?
Guilty pleasure: following Bachelor & Bachelorette contestants on Instagram.
Favorite exercise song?
I’m a top 40 gal – something popular and with a good beat!
