Who’s your biggest motivator or cheerleader and what do they do for you? Neissa and Molly.
I worked out with Molly when I lived in Austin – I love the way she teaches and encourages.
Neissa since i moved to Charlotte. I love Igniting with her. She gives me lot of positive energy and i like her workouts. Always smiling and talking. Love the way she pays attention to each and every one and I love her prayers at the end. Don’t like to miss a single class of hers
What word do you mutter while doing burpees? Ahhhh!
What do you usually do right after you workout? Eat a healthy breakfast
What class do you most look forward to and why? Muscular Max Out! I love the way it’s done and it’s not high impact.
What has been your favorite job and do you still do it?: I'm currently into gardening
What do you love most about iGnite? It’s full of energy and gives me a lot of strength and positive vibes. It’s my daily routine!
