Low Carb, High Protein, Undeniably Delicious Steak Stir Fry


  • 1 lb grass-fed sirloin steak, sliced 1/8 inch thick

  • 4 cups broccoli, chopped

  • 2 red or orange bell pepper, sliced

  • 1 small yellow onion, sliced

  • 1/2 cup tamari or coconut aminos

  • 1/4 cup toasted sesame oil

  • 1/4 cup sesame seeds

  • 4 green onions, chopped

  • 4 cups cooked cauliflower rice


  • In a medium skillet heat sesame oil over medium heat.

  • Add steak and cook for 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.

  • Add in broccoli, bell pepper, yellow onion, and tamari.

  • Cook for 3-4 minutes, or until vegetables are desired texture.

  • Just before removing from heat, add in sesame seeds and green onion.

  • Serve over cooked cauliflower rice.
