Homemade Chocolate Covered Granola Bar

Making your homemade Granola Bar has never been easier!  We recently found this great recipe from FitOn and found that it is just as easy and delicious as they claimed. It's the perfect post or pre-workout snack or if you are needing a sweet, yet healthy treat.


- 1/4 Cup Peanut Butter

- 1/4 Cup Coconut Oil (melted)

- 1/4 Cup Maple Syrup

- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract

- 1 1/2 Cup Brown Rice Puffs

- 3 Tbsp Sunflower Seeds

- 3 Tbsp Pumpkin Seeds

- 2 Tbsp Chia Seeds

- Enjoy Life Dark Chocolate


1. Whisk first 4 ingredients

2️. Add Rice Puffs to Chia Seeds to first 4 ingredients and mix all together

3️. Pour mixed ingredients into a lined baking tie. Use spatula to even ou spread mixture.

4️. Place in freezer for one hour

5️. Once bars are set, remove, melt chocolate and smooth over top.

6️. Place in freezer for an additional 3O min

7️. Slice, serve and ENJOY
