If summer is synonymous with anything, it's a cold, refreshing and energizing smoothie! Three of our team members, along with several of our members, shared their favorite smoothies. Maybe you're a green smoothie gal or a chocolate peanut butter protein smoothie is more of your thing...either way, we're excited to share our ten favorite summer smoothie recipes with you, and we're certain you'll find at least one you'll love!

Suzie's Banana, Mango, Spinach Smoothie

Sarah's Super Refreshing Immunity Smoothie Recipe



apple and lemon green juice

  • 1/2 green apple

  • 1/2 frozen banana

  • 1 small hand full of bok choy

  • a few springs of fresh cilantro

  • a few springs of fresh parsley

  • juice of 1 lemon

  • small handful of spinach

  • 1/2 inch peeled ginger

  • 1/2 cup of ice

  • water (amount depends on how "liquidy" your preference is)

  • Blend all together and enjoy!



Sam's Favorite Apple Ginger Smoothie- Apple, Ginger, Kale

  • 1 green apple core and chopped

  • 1 banana

  • 2 cups of kale leaves (washed

  • 1 inch piece of fresh ginger peeled and chopped

  • 2 dates pitted

  • 1 C almond milk

  • 1/4 txp cinnamon

  • 1/4 tsp vanilla powder or extract

  • 2 TBSP of your fav greens supplement.

  • Blend all together and enjoy!



Flora's Favorite Green Island Smoothie

  • 1 cup spinach

  • 1 banana cut into chunks

  • 1/2 cup pineapple chunks

  • 3/4 cup unsweetened coconut almond milk

  • Blend w/ ice. Enjoy!











Neissa's Wanna-Be Juiceland “Wundershowzen”- Banana, Peanut Butter, Spinach

  • 1C unsweetened vanilla almond milk

  • 2 C packed organic Spinach

  • 1 Frozen banana

  • 3T Hemp Protein Powder

  • 2 Tbsp Unsweetened Peanut Butter

  • 2 Pitted Dates

  • Mix all in blender and enjoy!







Alice's Favorite- Carrot, Cinnamon,Sweet Potato

  • 1 frozen banana

  • 1/2 cup shredded carrot

  • 1/2 cup frozen cubes sweet potato

  • 1 scoop of favorite vanilla protein powder

  • 4 walnuts

  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon, punch of allspice, pinch of cayenne

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk

  • Throw it all in the blender and it’s like carrot cake. And it’s got all the orange veggie goodness!



Melodee's Favorite- Blueberries, Pineapple, Spinach

  • 1cup blueberries

  • 1/2 cup pineapple

  • 1 scoop Welleco chocolate protein powder

  • 1/2 cup plain, unsweetened oat milk

  • 3/4 cup chocolate oat milk

  • 1 large handful spinach

  • large scoop of peanut butter

  • Blend all together and enjoy!





Amanda's Favorite JUICELand’s Pecan nog smoothie wanna-be (it tastes like a vanilla milkshake) - Banana, Cinnamon, Pecan

  • 2 frozen bananas

  • 1-2 cups almond milk

  • 1/4 cup pecans

  • 1/4 t cinnamon

  • 1/2t vanilla

  • pinch sea salt

  • Add the 2nd cup of almond milk after starting the blender to get the desired consistency. I find if you let the liquid sit on the frozen fruit for a few, maybe 10 minutes before starting the blender things start to merge much better.



Megan's Favorite Smoothie-Banana, Berries and Kale

  • 1 cup almond milk

  • 1 frozen banana

  • 1 cup frozen organic berries

  • 2 cups of kale (you'll never know it's there!)

  • 2 T. vanilla protein powder

  • 2 T. PB2 (I prefer peanut but used almond as he's allergic)

  • Throw it in the Vitamix and voila, enjoy!






Neissa's Favorite Chocolate Chia Smoothie

  • 1 C Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk

  • 2 soft and pitted Medjool dates

  • 2 TBSP Raw Cacao Powder

  • 1 TBSP Chia Seeds

  • 1 Frozen Banana

  • ¼ tsp vanilla extract

  • 2-3 Cubes of Ice

  • Mix all in blender and enjoy!
