Delicious Guilt-Free Fudge
Just in time for Valentine's Day, we have a guilt-free fudge recipe for you. Not only is the fudge delicious, but it's good for you and very simple to make.

2 C almond butter
1/4 C raw organic cacao powder, sifted
1/2 C + 2 tbsp raw organic honey
1 tsp coconut oil (optional)
2 tsp pure vanilla extract
1 tsp course sea salt
Combine all in a bowl and mix well. Spoon mixture into pan and flatten with back of spoon. Place in freezer for one hour, then take out and cut into squares.
Store in freezer.
*Can substitute dark cocoa if you prefer
* Optional: add chopped pecans or walnuts.
Goal: Try not to eat the entire pan in one sitting :-)
