The holiday season is magical, but let’s face it—it’s also a time when we, women, tend to pour all our energy into creating the perfect everything for our loved ones. This is all fine and good, but not at the expense of our health, which is often the result. While Christmas is a season of giving, we can’t forget this essential truth: giving your best starts with feeling your best.
This December, we invite you to join our December Fitness Challenge, also known as our Health and FITmas Challenge! This a fun, empowering and engaging way to stay active, maintain your fitness, and prioritize health. The goal is simple but impactful:
Take a minimum of 10 iGnite classes during December to keep your body moving and your schedule grounded. This can be all Austin classes, all LIVE classes, all STUDIO classes or a combination of all!
Incorporate daily self-care practices like getting 7-9 hours of sleep, staying hydrated, eating healthy, eating enough protein, meditating or praying, and more. Self-care is highly subjective and personal. What works for one person might not resonate with someone else, so it's essential to choose practices and routines that genuinely make you feel healthy, balanced, and whole.
