Mmmm! This very high protein chocolate smoothie is amazing! It's serves as a great meal replacement or post workout smoothie, it feed your muscles and fills you up! And, because of the MCT oil and Collagen, the smoothie is also great for your bones, joints, muscles, brain, memory, energy, endurance, weight management and the list goes on and on and on!

Ingredients:

1 Cup Unsweetened Almond Milk

1 Banana

1 Scoop of Chocolate Protein Powder (we love the Organ Organic Plant Based Protein Powder)

1TBSP Collagen

1 TBSP MCT Oil

1 TBSP Peanut Butter

1 Handful of Spinach

1 Cup of Ice

a couple shakes of cinnamon

Preparation:

Toss all ingredients in your blender and enjoy!
