Roots
I was born and raised in Solon, Ohio a suburb on the east side of Cleveland with my parents and older brother. I had a very Midwestern upbringing, surrounded by a big Italian & Irish family and close friends who are like family. Growing up my world revolved around sports, being active and multiple part-time jobs. I went to Solon High School. Then attended Bowling Green State University in Bowling Green, Ohio to play softball. I was injured my freshman year & then my life took a new course. I spent the remaining 3 years of college focused on social entrepreneurship & philanthropic causes.
Family Life
I met Seth, my husband, in Austin. We are newly married, 4 months! We have an adventurous pup named Kole who we rescued 2 years ago. No children yet.
Work Life
I am a B2B marketing executive known for my ability to deliver creative thought leadership strategies to support high-growth companies in emerging markets such as renewable energy, robotics, AI and precision medicine. I work for a privately held growing B2B media company in Cleveland, where I am the Vice President of Business Development & Brand Manager for our Renewable Energy markets. My 12-month goal is to transition roles, so I can spend more time in Austin on a full-time basis.

Your Favorite Book & Why?
“The Runners Guide to the Meaning of Life” – read this for the first time when I was running marathons, but what I love about this book is the essential life lessons about passion, courage, materialism, failure, aging, etc.
Your Favorite Concert or Musician?
My favorite concert would have to be The Head and the Heart at the Greek Theatre at U.C. Berkeley, it was the most gorgeous fall evening, I knew that night I was going to marry my now husband. I don’t have a favorite musician I love all genres and eras.
What are you looking forward to?
Personal travel time!! A lot of big life events taking place in Ohio this year – babies & weddings galore. Spending a few weeks this winter in Switzerland to visit my best friend Sarah who is on a 2-year assignment and adventuring & being home more with Seth & Kole!
The biggest lesson I've learned from iGnite is....
I’ve learned how important it is to have a powerful community of women who want me to be healthy in all aspects of my life. I am continually blown away by the love, support and encouragement I feel from my iGnite family and look forward to being home so I can make it to workouts.
You attended the iGnite Adventure Escape in both Jackson Hole and Whistler. What is your favorite part of the Escapes?
I have absolutely loved both escapes, my favorite part has to be having the chance to build relationships with amazing groups of women while challenging myself with incredible adrenaline and jammed packed adventures. I LOVE everything about IGnite escapes – can’t wait for 2019!
