Banana Avocado Spinach Chia Seeds Hemp Hearts Coconut Oil Almond Butter Almond Milk Cinnamon Shredded Coconut Cacao Nibs
Blend together the following:
Handful of Fresh Spinach
1 Tbsp Almond Butter
1 Tbsp Chia Seeds
1 Tbsp Hemp Hearts
1 Tbsp Coconut Oil
Dash of Cinnamon
*Almond Milk (enough to create desired consistency)
* The key to thick smoothies is minimal liquid and frozen ingredients.
Peel and cut banana into small pieces before freezing.
Remove pit and cube avocado before freezing.
Top with additional chia seeds, cacao nibs, and shredded coconut.
