18 Self-Care Recommendations

Self-care comes in various forms and looks different for all of us. Regardless of what it is or the way it looks, it's incredible important. Below are 18 of our favorite forms of self-care. We'd love it if you shared yours so we can give'm a try!

1. Massage/Facial

3. Hydration- Drink 1/2 body weight in oz of water each day.

4. Watch a movie

5. 20 min Epsom-salt bath of hot tub soak

6. 20 min of exercise
