Explore a variety of aerobic dance styles with choreographed moves to fun and upbeat music. Includes light weight and resistance work, plyometrics, core conditioning, and flexibility training. A great cardio workout and outlet for your inner star! All levels are welcome for a total body workout. No dance experience required. All fitness levels welcome
