Ingredients: 1 - 28oz can whole tomatoes (I like the HEB brand.) 1 - 7oz can chipotle peppers (San Marcos brand is my favorite.) 1 onion chopped 1/2 bunch of fresh cilantro with stems 1 tsp cumin dash of salt and black pepper Instructions: Place heaviest items in blender first - onion, tomato, peppers - then cilantro and seasonings.
