What Led Me To iGnite:
My mom, Kaye Eichler, started iGnite-ing about 10 years ago and I always loved trying to keep up with her during classes. I remember the first couple times that I went I was laying face first on my yoga mat and in awe at how in shape all of these ladies were. Now that I am graduated I am able to go to classes during the week, and am IN LOVE with iGnite.
Roots:
Born in raised in Austin, Texas, I grew up in the Eanes school district. I am from a large German family that live between San Antonio and Austin, and I am very close with all of them. My parents live in the Westlake area, and I have an older brother that is living in Arizona.
Fitness Background:
I have always been very active growing up. I danced throughout my younger years, played volleyball, and was a cheerleader in High school. When I went off to college, I joined a gym and worked out with a trainer weekly. Now that I have move back to Austin, I love getting to workout with iGnite and meet such amazing women. I believe that the best way to reach happiness is by staying active and living a healthy lifestyle.
Life-Changing Experience:
A life changing experience that I will never forget was experiencing the loss of a good friend at a very young age. It has taught me to never take any moment or person for granted and to live everyday like its my last.
When I'm Not Working I'm...
I enjoy being outdoors, at the ranch, hunting, fishing and my favorite thing cooking.

Inspiration:
I am most inspired by my mom. She is in the best shape of her life, and chooses everyday to be active and happy. I pray everyday that I look exactly like her when I reach her age!
Something People May Not Know About Me:
I love to cook and bake. I have been cooking since I was very young, and it is something that I love to do. I remember growing up and constantly helping my mom with dinners, and learning to bake with my grandfather. Now most days, you can find me in my parents kitchen cooking them dinner, or making yummy cookies!
My Favorite Thing To Do For Fun:
My favorite thing to do for fun is to go hunting with my dad or brother and be outdoors.
Best Advice I've Been Given:
God has a plan, don’t be discouraged and don’t give up.
