iGnite offers a variety of yoga classes with different challenges. See the schedule for locations.
Equipment: Yoga mat (bring your own or order ours), towel, and water.
Yoga in the Park & Yoga on the Dock
Instead of jump starting your day with a jave or chai latte, come iGnite your body, mind and spirit with yoga-lates. We will greet the morning with a gentle and renewing yoga flow . This total body practice is a perfect complement to cardiovascular, strength and conditioning workouts. While cultivating strength, flexibility, and body awareness each class will begin with a relaxing spinal warm up and core activating exercises. Next is a rejuvenating Vinyasa flow using a variety of yoga poses and techniques to hone your body alignment, enhance breath awareness and increase balance. You’ll be ready to be to hop off your mat and energetically start your day.
Yogalates
This pilates-based class utilizes the classical principles of alignment and control while incorporating an energetic vinyasa flow to deepen, lengthen, and strengthen core connections. Set to fun, up-beat music, come prepared to fire up your powerhouse and find freedom from tight muscles, tension and injury. You will leave feeling centered, strong and more body-aware.
