Whole Body Health with Dr. Jeff Ulery
Touchpoints of Love by Dr. Jeff Ulery
Based on Gary Chapman's Five Love Languages
Dr. Ulery's philosophy for creating and maintaining Whole Body Health is a triangle, the three sides of which are physical health, nutritional health and mental/emotional health. Over the last few months, we've had lots of conversations around foods: food allergies, food toxicity, good/bad sweeteners, good/bad fats, etc... We will complete the Spring cycle of classes discussing the mental/emotional side of the triangle of health by discussing the Touchpoints of Love!
- How do you communicate love?
- What does love look like in your marriage, with your kids and your other relationships?
- Is your emotional bank account full or overdrawn?
- How do you get your tank filled?
The problem is we all have different primary touchpoints of love!
Learn how to fill your spouses tank, your kids tanks and most importantly get your tank filled!

Why Dr. Ulery
I became a patient of Dr. Ulery in 2009 because I was "broken down". I thought I was doing all of the right things by exercising, eating right, taking vitamins and living a "low stress" lifestyle. However, my body chronically hurt and I was having irregular menstrual cycles. After receiving glowing recommendations about Dr. Ulery for several years I decided I to finally see him. My first appointment was enlightening and encouraging. Upon Dr Ulery learning about me and my lifestyle, reviewing my chart and testing my muscular reactions he explained that my adrenal glands were secreting too much adrenaline due to my work/stress load (unrelated to exercise). In other words, I was in a constant state of "fight or flight" (as I've learned is very common for women and can cause depression, weight gain, a weak immune system and so much more). He suggested this was probably why my body hurt and my menstrual cycles were irregular. In addition, he explained that I might have a food allergy or two. Choosing to completely trust Dr. Ulery and let him be my guide and part of my healthy "team", I began seeing him regularly and was an obedient patient. Within two week I had a menstrual cycle and I was finally feeling like myself again. My body was not hurting like it had for the past year.
I now see Dr. Ulery on a semi-monthly basis and continue to use his practical wellness tools to help my body, mind and spirit remain healthy, sharp and vibrant. My experience with Dr. Ulery has proven that in order to stay well and free from injury we need the help and support of other encouraging and holistic doctors and mentors.
