Swimming at Barton Springs

Come join us for a rejuvinating swim at the magical spring fed Barton Springs. Whether your a beginner, intermediate or advanced swimmer there is something here for you. Each workout begins with dry land warm ups and drills then moves to the water for an invogorating swim.
- Beginner: Learn how to move in the water, relax, float, breate and swim.
- Intermediate: Cardio workouts using kickboards, fins, pull bouy, hand paddles plus stroke instruction.
- Advanced: Rigorous Cardio workout, prepate for a triathlon or challenge yourself to improve all areas of swimming
We end each session with proper cool down and stretch.

RSVP and cancellations must be received by noon the day prior to the class.
What You Need
Goggles, kick board, paddle, swim buoy, and flippers.
If you are new to swimming, or just on a trial, you do not need to purchase the required equipment immediately. iGnite will provide goggles, swim cap, flippers, swim, kickboard, and swim bouy. Once commited, purchasing equipment is recommended.
