Cross Training

Now available in two flavors.

(Intermediate) Cross Training

Beginning with a progressive yoga and dynamic warm up, each class includes a variety of strength and resistance training (use of weights, resistance and medicine balls), cardiovascular training, functional exercises and core strengthening with focus on balance, a proper cool down and stretch.

Low-Impact Cross Training

Do you desire to move your body and feel energized while having fun? If so, this class is perfect fo you! Low-Impact Cross Training is designed for the female participant who has been out of regular exercise practice, recovering from a lingering injury or desires to move at a lighter tempo. You will gain and build muscle strength, core stability, endurance and flexibility at a modified and low impact pace while enjoying the companionship of a group, the invigorating outdoor air and inspiration.
