Cardio Yoga, Cardio Core, Cardio Strength and Cardio Plus are all great opportunities to improve your cardiovascular fitness while combining the benefits of flexibility, strength and core training. Cardio Yoga is structured so the first thirty to forty minutes is fast paced and energetic, with the final thirty minutes focused on improving balance, flexibility and a warm down. Cardio Core includes a blend of high energy cardiovascular exercise and functional core movements while Cardio Strength incorporates high energy cardiovascular conditioning alongside functional strength and resistance training. Cardio Plus is a wildcard class offering ample cardiovascular opportunities coupled with a variety of other creative and challenging total body exercises.
