Classes are 75 minutes long unless otherwise noted.

Important Notes

  1. No class on: 9/6, 11/24, 11/25, 11/26.
  2. Classes not averaging a total of 4 participants per class are subject to cancellation.
  3. Equipment (resistance bands, udderball, weights, and yoga mat) is required for all Cross Training and Pilates classes.
  4. Yoga mat and towel required for all Yoga classes
  5. Swimming classes require swim suit, goggles and towel.
  6. SUP classes are included in purchased class package, but there is an additional $10.00 per class SUP board fee. RSVP required. 4 participants required per class. Classes are held weather permitting.
  7. Some classes change location periodically for variety. Please check every Sunday evening for locations of classes the following week.
