Important Notes
- All classes subject to change. Please check the schedule for changes regularly.
- Unless otherwise noted, regular classes are 75 minutes long and Power Hour classes are 60 minutes long.
- No classes 3/12 through 3/17 (spring break).
- Classes not averaging a total of 4 participants per class are subject to cancellation.
- Please bring a yoga mat and water to all classes. Additional required equipment listed below each class. To purchase our basic equipment kit, click here.
